"Why the Hell Are We So Tired on Mondays?"


Hey folks,

It's Monday, and I'm already f***ing exhausted. Can you relate? This weekend was a total washout – stuck indoors with nothing but junk food and endless TV. No wonder I feel like crap.

Let's get real about why we're dragging our asses every week and what the hell we can do about it.

1. Move Your Ass

Everywhere you look, it’s the same advice: Get moving. And they’re right. I’m talking about running, lifting, whatever gets your blood pumping. Just get off the couch and start sweating. It’s not just about muscles; it’s about not feeling like a lazy slob.

2. Sleep Like You Mean It

We all screw around with sleep, thinking a few hours here and there is enough. Bullshit. Proper sleep is a game-changer. Turn off the damn TV and get some real shut-eye. Your brain will thank you.

3. Cut the Coffee Crap

Coffee’s great and all, but it’s not the miracle drink we make it out to be. I tried swapping my usual cup from my fancy Philips machine for water, and damn, I felt better. Water might be plain, but it does the job.

4. Sort Out Your Messy Head

Our brains are a freaking mess. Constantly running a marathon of thoughts, memories, and bullshit worries. It’s time to slow down. Meditate, walk, or just sit and breathe. Clear out the mental junk.

5. Stop Eating Garbage

Why the hell do we fuel our bodies worse than our cars? I’m guilty as hell here, but it’s time to change. Swap the chips for something that doesn’t come out of a grease-stained bag.

6. The Porn Problem

Alright, let’s talk about the elephant in the room: porn. It’s a drain, both mentally and physically. It's a hard habit to kick, but it’s about f***ing time we addressed it. Trust me, real life beats the screen.
